Come out to the Rotary Clock at Marietta Avenue and East Main Street to help wake Mount Joy Minnie so she can make her forecast for six more weeks of winter or an early spring!
Be sure to wear your craziest hat for the Crazy Hat Contest! You never know, you might win a prize!
Mount Joy Minnie will be accompanied by her handlers: Greg Sallade from State Farm Insurance, Denny Brandt from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and her special guest handler!
