The event is organized by the FOD-Friends of Donegal, Kiwanis Club of Norlanco-Rheems, Mount Joy PA Lions Club, Mount Joy Rotary, and Voyage Mount Joy—a collaboration of service organizations dedicated to supporting our town. Proceeds from the event will benefit the community.
