Donegal Fish & Conservation Association, Inc. (DFCA) is a nonprofit organization based in Mount Joy that operates a cooperative trout nursery, raising and stocking 3000 to 5000 trout every year for Donegal Creek, Little Chiques Creek Community involvement, and kids fishing derbies. Many local community members benefit from and find enjoyment in the local creeks and streams. In addition to operating the nursery, DFCA provides trash cleanup parties on local waters and parks, tree plantings, and buffer maintenance.
