Real Estate is my business, my only business. I am very active in our local and state associations, which enables me to stay on top of every change in our industry and have a voice in some of those changes. Not all changes are beneficial to you, the consumer, and our State, Local and National Associations are fighting for your rights whenever necessary.

As a Member of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS, I have served in all leadership positions on the Board of Directors, including President. My involvement with LCAR continues and I am on a number of committees, plus the Government Affairs Committee.

A firm believer in Continuing Education, I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, awarded to the top 4% of REALTORS® nationwide, through education and achievement, the Senior Real Estate Specialist (ages 55+) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation. I was a graduating member of the PAR Leadership class of 2009. (10 REALTORS® selected state wide).

During my Real Estate Career, I have consistently received awards for performance. Most recently, Chairman’s Circle Gold (top 2%) in 2020 & 2021. I was honored to be chosen Lancaster County REALTOR® of the Year in 2011 and the PA. CRS Chapter, CRS of the year award in 2012 & 2017.

My specialties are: Residential Listings and Sales, Negotiating, Senior Real Estate Specialist (addresses the mature needs of homebuyer and sellers 50+), Buyer and Seller Representation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.

Serving my community is important. I am actively involved with Rotary Club of Mount Joy and Mount Joy Chamber of Commerce. Since 1999, the 1st year of Winterfest in Mount Joy, I have been in charge of having the town tree decorated for the Holidays.
