Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 (IU13) is an education service agency dedicated to providing services, supports, and solutions that make a difference to all learners and our community.

IU13 strives to make a difference with our call to “Work Worth Doing” by cultivating the conditions for trust and unity within our education systems and communities, to ensure that all learners are well served. We use our expertise to benefit the Lancaster and Lebanon counties’ 22 public school districts, nonpublic schools, education agencies, parents, preschools, adult learners, businesses, municipalities, and more!
