Nolt Electric opened its doors in 1978 at 18 New Haven Street in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Founder Jack Nolt made it his mission to serve the local community’s electrical needs. After 10 years the business needed more space for its warehouse and office. In 1988 Nolt Electric moved to its present location at 1006 Flory Road in Mount Joy. Today Nolt Electric stands ready for new challenges with a new generation at the helm. In 2005 Leonard Nolt and Duane Heisey took over management of Nolt Electric, keeping a nearly 30 year tradition in the family. While the location and management has changed over the years, Nolt Electric continues to enjoy relationships with local contractors and homeowners.
