Our food truck started as a passion project and wanted to share our love of food with the community. We started small, cooking up sauces and competing in local competitions. That lead Chef Dave to start Piper Belles Pork Picking’ sauce selection, which is now sold in over 50 GIANTS and Mom and Pop shops from PA all the way down to South Carolina. And when you think that didn’t keep him busy, he decided to start up Piper Belles BBQ. A business that is growing by the second.
Our menu is inspired by our travels and our love of bold, flavorful food. From Carolina style BBQ to our unique Wood Fired Pizza, we offer a wide variety of products that are sure to satisfy any craving. We use only the freshest ingredients and source locally whenever possible.
