Spud Muffin Fresh Cut Fries & Gourmet Smash Burgers is a concession trailer that specializes in fresh cut fries on site. We have loaded fries, tornado potato’s, pulled pork, smash burgers, Nathan’s Famous Hotdogs, and a variety of sausages on a rotating menu.

After 30+ years in the optical/ophthalmology field it was time for a change. Tori also needed a fresh start as well. First off, no we don’t sell muffins! We were sitting around thinking of what to name the business.   We were discussing names like Lancaster Fry Company, Fries R Us, Spud Co.…  and a myriad of other names. Then my son-in-law Steve said  how about “Spud Muffin?” Wow,  that’s catchy!  We agreed and Spud Muffin was born. It’s a play on the words “stud muffin” what all guys think they are in their prime. Our mascot “Spuddie” is emulating what we wished we were with arms crossed, looking cool with his shades on, if we were a potato.

Spud Muffin was born out of the passion for cooking for family and friends in our backyards  in beautiful Marietta PA over the years. We entered a  food competitions and were received well.

Spud Muffin is a small family owned business run by a father and daughter team with the help of family members, sisters, husbands and wives, and friends. We pride ourselves in using locally sourced products whenever possible. Thanks to all of you who have supported us from the beginning. We hope to see you in central PA at some local event!
