Winterfest 2026 Join us on Main Street Mount Joy on Saturday, December 5, from 2–5 PM, for music, food, fun, shopping, Santa, and the annual tree lighting. The Winterfest Committee includes Rotary Club of Mount Joy, Mount Joy Lions Club, Kiwanis Club of Norlanco-Rheems, Friends of Donegal, and Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce.
